This policy explains how lit. grappling (“we”, “us”) handles information collected through litgrappling.com.

What we collect
Only what the signup form needs, and nothing more:
- Your email address, which you type into the form.
- Proof of your consent: the date and time you signed up, your IP address, the page you signed up from, and the exact wording you agreed to.
- Email engagement: whether our emails are delivered, opened or clicked.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, address or payment details on this page.
Why we collect it
To email you about the lit. pre-release and future product drops. That is the only purpose. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by entering your email and then clicking the confirmation link we send you. We use double opt-in, so you are not added to the list until you confirm.
We keep the consent record so we can demonstrate that you asked to hear from us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use these services to operate:

How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record of that request so we do not email you again by mistake.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email we send. It works immediately.
- Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it, and we will.
- Withdraw consent at any time. Unsubscribing does exactly this.
If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to object to processing, to request a portable copy of your data, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email contact@litgrappling.com.
Cookies
This page sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It briefly uses your browser's session storage to show your email address on the confirmation screen, and that clears when you close the tab.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
